We will discuss the properties to bid on, determine if its a good deal and set the maximum bid with you BEFORE the auction!In California you must pay all CASH at the auction, so this will require Cashier’s Checks!We only charge you if you are the successful bidder and win the property! Our fee is $3500.00 plus 3% of the purchase price. Once you have received the Grant Deed to the property you can either fix and flip or rent it out!Renting it out will give you a nice return on your investment.If your strategy is to flip it, than either you can handle the repairs or even hire us to rehab the property, either way it is your decision!This in not the game for beginners unless you have good advise!
